02/13 – 03/13 Lead Integrator / Construction Manager

·   Build, troubleshoot, integrate and commission for NSN/T-Mobile Multi Radio BTS 2G/GSM, 3G/UMTS to make way for 4G/LTE and D-Com of Nortel S8000 and S12000

·   Maintain CM duties, pictures, closeout packages, site walks, materials, crew, etc.

·   Integration of sites

·   Instruct new CM’s how closeout info needed to be populated, pictures that are needed and order in which they need to be taken due to safety issues, along with info needed on each pic, the correct way to collect data needed for 911 survey to validate and assure the LMU stayed operational.

·   Worked hand in hand with T-Mobile’s Tiger Team to learn how to properly troubleshoot issues with corrupt software, Fibers, Cards, LMU, Bad Ports, etc.

·   Scope fiber and capture file, test fiber with fiber test set and calibrate tester.

·   PIM, Anritsu, RET’s 

·   Insure tower crews had proper documentation and followed all safety rules and precautions

11/12 – 01/13 Commissioner/Integrator                  

·   NSN Certification of completion for I/C (Integration-Commissioning) Course for NSN/T-Mobile Multi Radio BTS 2G/3G, in Atlanta, GA.

·   Ground-up installs of NSN 2-G, 3-G, Radio, Modules, FOCA, and COVP to replace existing Ericsson 2106-2206 BTS, relocate T-1, run fiber from modules in FOCA to COVP on the ground, to the COVP on the tower, install and terminate alarm panel.

·   Install circuit breaker, power, etc. in Purcell cabinet, preform test calls on 2G for 911 and 3G for voice and data, take closeout pictures, troubleshoot fiber jumpers, assist tower crew with ground work and issues at the COVP “up top” and Integrate/Commission sites to prep for 4-G-LTE equipment to be installed in the future

·   Assure Tower Crew knew what was needed from them “up top” as well as on the ground, and made sure all safety precautions were being followed

06/08 – 06/09 Field Tech                

·   UMTS T-1 integration with Node-B, from Nortel S12000 BTS for 3-G upgrade for the NODE B. “Build” S12000 Nortel BTS in various configurations 2-2-2, 3-3-3, 6-5-3, 8-6-6, 4-3-3, etc.

·   Train New Hires on same.

·   Troubleshoot T-1/CSU issues, Head to head with switch on T-Berd; install cold weather kits (Ceats Kits).

·   Cabinet compressions going from up to 3 S12000’s BTS cabinets, down to as few as 1

·   Supervise Tower Crews for TMA Installs.

·   TMA installs with PDU to increase DC output along with troubleshooting issues with TMA not being seen by PDU or by the Anritsu, issues with “extra radios” in a sector not being connected correctly, Sector adds for a forth sector, New Site builds, decommission s12000 Nortel “Live and ON LINE” and replace with s8000 and re-commission the site with the Switch or NOC and troubleshoot any issues that come along with this process such as TEI positions not loaded correctly, bad radios, etc.

·   LMU install, troubleshoot, maintenance, drive test, T1 issues with the switch & commission the equipment

09/05 – 11/05 Field Technician                               

·   LMU install, troubleshoot, maintenance & commission of Ericsson 2106-2206 BTS cabinets in Baton Rouge & New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina

·   Install & commission True Position LMU

·   Perform site surveys for T-Mobile Ericsson 2106-2206

·   Test T-1 & powerlines using T-Berd and Watt meters

·   Measure and wire sites based on technical specs

·   Test and troubleshoot all equipment with remote switch tech
